TTWS- Small Group Case Workup

April 22, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 4:30 pm MDT

1 DAY VIRTUAL

Discover, Develop, and Deliver the RIGHT story of your case to your jurors.

Together, you will not only frame and sequence the RIGHT story of your case, but cast your client and villain in their right role through the “victor-centric” approach.

From the development of your language, themes, sequencing, and “power anchors” for your Voir Dire, Opening Statement & Closing Argument, to preparing your key witnesses to be seen in their best light for judge and jury, the invaluable virtual coaching you will receive will help you plan a critical pathway to Tell The Winning Story inside and outside the courtroom stage.

You will:

  • Create a detailed story structure that organizes the case preparation and presentation
  • Develop a compelling case theory and persuasive themes that will reach “the heart of the jury”
  • Outline the strongest and most critical case story elements
  • Achieve perspective on how a case will be received by jurors at trial
  • Assess key strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the case
  • Identify central case strengths and weaknesses, focusing on how to successfully integrate them into the case narrative
  • Identify the strengths of the opposing side’s case and potential presentation and assess ways to mitigate those
  • Map out the selection of the appropriate “scenes” for the case (the vital “scenes” for the “story” you’re communicating) by getting them down to the bare essentials

Leverage Your Communication Style for Greater Success

Additionally, you will be empowered to turn your greatest struggle areas of communication into your greatest strengths.

We will help you:

  • Develop your own personal style, and command the audience’s (jury’s) attention
  • Learn invaluable and timeless story structure/storytelling strategies demonstrated on the stage, screen, and TV
  • Use silence powerfully and effectively
  • Embrace “your story” with your entire body, not just “from the neck up”
  • Feel extremely confident utilizing non-verbal communication & body language techniques
  • Increase your spatial awareness, balance, flexibility & stamina on your feet– even in the Zoom world!
  • Increase your effectiveness with the importance of posture, gestures and establishing proper eye contact during your presentation
  • Increase your ability to effectively “read,” analyze, and TAKE GREATER EMOTIONAL RISKS with your audience, your jurors when you trust the RIGHT story that needs to be told

Bring your cases. Lets dig in!
